Do you need technical assistance for your SAM4s Cash Register
Well you are in luck, we do offer support over the phone for all of the SAM4s models. You might be amazed at how much we can do over the phone and of course with one of the more advanced systems we can log in remotely. Before you call please understand we do charge for this support. At the time of this post July 2024 we charge $130.00 per hour with a $70 minimum for thirty minutes. We do charge regardless of the outcome of the call but in most cases we are successful in 30 to 60 minutes. We will attempt to vet you problem in advance to make sure it should be resolvable over the phone.
What will you need to have us help you with your cash register over the phone
You will need to have a phone at your cash register, you will want to have the programming key and maybe even the service mode key (marked C). When you call to set up the support call please make sure you know the model number of the SAM4s as there are probably twenty different models. Also when you call to arrange a support call we rarely have time to do it when you phone in and we will schedule an appointment with you and a support technician. Do ER-945 registers have the functionality to print daily sales on the screen only and not print a report? Customer requesting this option as it was available on their 15+ yr old register we just replaced.
No the SAM4s ER-945 does not support that feature. The customer must has had an ER-650 perhaps before that was able to do that as well as the SPS-500 and SPS-2000 series. I'm not certain any new model other that the SAP-630 and SAp-6600 can do that
