SAM4s Cash Register Support
My co-worker and fellow cash register sales person has also started a blog for supporting cash registers. She is not nearly as good as me but worth a try! Try her here SAM4s Cash Register Information
I have sam4s er-655ii that keep display in a "no drawer" message if I hit the cash or no sale key. I was in the middle of a sale and it happened now I cant do nothing on it...I turn it off and on and the items the customer was buying is still on the display. Any help
John it sounds like you are logged in with a cashier that has a drawer assignment that does not exist. I have seen this just a few times and that is what it was each time. Try logging in a different cashier, or just look at your cashier programming and correct it.
