We can program your SAM4s cash register when you buy it.
Get the most from your new cash register and save hours of your time by having us program the register before we ship it to you. The way the process works is first you select the model you want and place your order with custom programming. We will then send you a programming worksheet for the model you ordered. You will complete that form and return to us. That form includes all the information we need to custom program and label your new register. That programming includes tax rates, department names, discounts, payment types, receipt message, graphic logo and more.
Our programming also comes with six months support
One reason our customers have so much success with their new register programmed by us is because this service also includes six months of telephone support. When you first receive your new cash register we will schedule a time with you to teach you how to use your new register. After that initial training you can call and get any of your questions answered that arise as you start using your new cash register. Even if you tax rate increases or you need to make a change and cant recall how, you can call us in those first six months for free (during our regular business hours). All of this is included in you programming fee. If you did not buy our custom programming service and need help we can still do that for you it would just be chargeable by the half hour.
